It is recommended to take VITOLI® MENOPAUSE when the symptoms of menopause are felt: hot flashes and night sweats. VITOLI® MENOPAUSE is composed of three complementary active ingredients: black cohosh, soy flavonoids and Provitol® Complex. Since women’s sensitivity to these plant extracts varies significantly, the VITOLI® formula was developed to allow a base dose per capsule and a full dose with two capsules. It is therefore recommended to start with two capsules for a period of two weeks and, subsequently, reduce to one capsule in order to observe whether the effect of one capsule is sufficient.
